Our mission is to acquire and restore distressed commercial and multi-family properties in the neighborhoods of downtown Indianapolis. We are focused on properties that will catapult community development, and create sustainable urban living. Founded in 2008, we began in residential rehab in Indianapolis and surrounding areas. We started our first mixed use development in one of Indy's finest urban neighborhoods, St. Joseph, in 2010. That project - 1030 CENTRAL AVENUE- is the cornerstone of our re-focused efforts. We began to feel strongly about the rehab of distressed commercial properties in urban neighorhoods, and the potential for community development and urban neighborhood sustainability. We remain very involved in the properties and our neighborhoods. We want to become a part of thriving communities, and help to secure long-term growth and neighborhood strength around our properties.
